How the Slotlyy commission works.

A small percentage is deducted from each payment collected (1.95% on Starter, 1.50% on Pro and Business). On booking deposits the payment processor's fee comes out of the salon's payout; on shop orders, gift cards and memberships it is added to the client's total.

Common questions.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Starter is free forever with no card required.
What happens if I don't pay after the trial?
Your booking page stays live for 7 days past the due date. After that it goes offline. If no payment is made within 59 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Can I add more staff than my plan includes?
Yes. Every plan allows extra staff for a small per-cycle charge, billed as part of your monthly or annual subscription. Your dashboard shows your country's exact per-seat price when you add the extra staff member.
Can I downgrade from Pro to Starter?
Yes. Excess staff beyond 1 will be deactivated after a 7-day grace period. You have time to decide what to do before anything changes.
What currency are prices in?
Each country has its own local prices. Ghana shows prices in Ghana cedis (GHS), and each other country will use its own currency once Slotlyy launches there. Your dashboard displays everything in your country's currency.
